1879 (South Africa Medal) Clasp

This clasps was issued with the South Africa Medal, which in turn was awarded for participation in various campaigns between 1877 and 1879. There are 7 clasps for this Medal - 1877, 1877-8, 1877-9, 1877-8-9, 1878, 1878-9, 1879. The clasp is silver in colour have the date awarded in the centre with a rosette underneath at either side of the clasp. The clasp needs to be attached to the medal with a metal pin.
